U Đurđevcu svega bi…

Dani hrvatskih planinara

Mali Đurđevac (8000 stanovnika) i (relativno) mali PD Borik (oko 100 članova) bili su u prošlu subotu i nedjelju, 12.i 13. lipnja, veliki domaćini najvećoj planinarskoj smotri – Danima hrvatskih planinara.

Prošle godine zbog pandemije otkazano, te i ove godine organizirano „na brzinu“, ovogodišnje je druženje na 25. danima okupilo oko 450 planinara iz 25 društava iz cijele Hrvatske (nije im bilo teško doći čak s Mljeta!). Legendarni predsjednik PD Borika Đuro Petrović sa svojom je ekipom, uz pomoć HPS-a, Grada i Županije odradio odličan posao. Ističe da su pomogli zvani i nezvani, „i OPG-ovi i vinarije, HGSS i MUP bili su stalno uz nas, uključile su se i turističke zajednice Grada i Županije, brojni poduzetnici“. A domaćini su se se imali i čime pohvaliti: uređenom trim stazom, hostelom Borik koji će zajedno s obnovljenom zgradom Prezentacijskog centra u budućnosti organizirati školu u prirodi za mlade naraštaje. I još: planinari iz ostalih krajeva ovdje su u, u ZOO azilu kod Starog grada mogli vidjeti neobične „domaće“ životinje: deve, ljame.. Pa i obići jednu od dvije preostale pustinje u Europi, Đurđevačke peske (pijeske)!

Planinarski: subota je bila udarni dan – okupljanje u Starom gradu, blizu 300 planinara uputilo se na neku od dvije ponuđene staze (Đurđevačka obilaznica: Stari grad – Mičetinski jarak, više OPG-a i vinarija, do Sv Ane, oko 5 sata hoda; Poučno rekreativna staza Stari grad – šuma i hostel Borik – Đurđevački peski, dva sata). Povratak oko 16.00 sati, zajednički ručak, te u 18.00 sati službeno otvorenje gdje su goste pozdravili potpredsjednica HPS-a Jadranka Čoklica, Đuro Petrović te predstavnici Grada i Županije. Naravno, poslije svega zabava! I drugi dan je oko 150 planinara hodalo jednu od te dvije staze da bi svi završili u Sv. Ani, gdje je planinarima ponuđen ovdašnji specijalitet, zlevanka s vrhnjem, piće i – oproštaj s ovogodišnjim Danima.

Naravno da su i članovi HPD Bilogore, njih 30-ak, u dva dana bili sudionici ove planinarske fešte. Ne samo zbog hodanja, druženja, nego da se i sami počmu pripremati za sličnu ulogu domaćina koja ih uskoro čeka!
